On October 28th, China Reinsurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited held the first meeting of its first session of board of directors in Shenzhen. All directors attended the meeting, at which 14 resolutions in relation to, among others, the proposed amendments to the Memorandum of Association, the enactment of the Rules of Procedures of the Board of Directors, the establishment of specialized committees and the appointment of senior management were approved.
